- Room Temperature & Practicality: Some guests have experienced variable room temperatures, with some reporting rooms being cool on certain days. The modern interior design, while visually stunning, has sometimes been described as lacking practicality, particularly regarding seating arrangements in public areas.
- Minimalist Amenities: As an AC Hotel, the brand is known for its minimalist decor and amenities, which some guests appreciate for short stays but others might find less "cozy" for longer visits.
- Cleanliness (occasional): While generally praised, a few isolated complaints about room cleanliness have been reported.

To start, if I could, I would take off half a star for an unreasonably high price we were charged for our two rooms. It didn’t help that we were forced to book this lodging last-minute where our other accommodation fell through, and we went through a stressful hour of trying to find some place to stay. In Europe especially, I’ve found, try to book something at the last minute usually results in ...

Really bad nights sleep - Room 307! I stayed for 1 night in Burgos to enjoy the Cathedral. The bed was extremely firm and there is poor sound insulation so I couldn’t sleep much (all the road sounds from outside, footsteps in other rooms, even snoring!). The air conditioner made no difference to the room temperature. I also couldn’t fill the coffee machine with water because there isn’t enough spa...

Really well appointed hotel. Rooms were good size although my only negative observation was the shower in our room was over a spa bath and the water went everywhere so not ideal. Location wise though it was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and on the edge of the old town where all the restaurants were. Underground parking is a bit tight to get into, especially in my Porsche.

The hotel is situated on the center of the town, a charming hotel with a beautiful view Breakfast is very lousy and doesn’t worth the money !!! Rooms are a bit old bathrooms especially. But still a great hotel since it’s situated in the heart of the town

A great hotel option in scented if Burgos. Comfortable, has garage and not terribly expensive for the quality. Breakfast is a bit strange, but there are better options in town.

The location was perfect, and the room was excellent. The large table by the window with two chairs was ideal for my husband and daughter to relax and do some drawing together. Since it was Easter, we were lucky to see the **Semana Santa** procession passing along the river right outside our window. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The only downside? The parking. Even my Spanish husband, ...
