My Bookclub and I went to the Level Four restaurant for their afternoon tea. I can recommend this. It was set up in a buffet style, which we appreciated as we could indulge in more savory than sweet treats. All the dishes were lovely and the two different teas an experience. We came back for this afternoon tea after at least seven years and were not disappointed. We might come back sooner the next...

The location is in the heart of JHB with the building as originally built with modernizations made to it. The rooms as structure is struggling to keep with modern standards and tried it's best to adapt. The staff help where they can but there is no smiles, you can feel the tension and cold nature. Food has not blown me away as something I have to go back for.
